Resolves: When the November 2026 fuel price adjustment is announced, usually a few days before it takes effect on Wednesday 4 November.

Rules: Resolves on the change in the regulated inland retail price of 95-octane petrol, in rand per litre, from the October 2026 price to the November 2026 price, as published by the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources. Goes down or stays the same: a change of R0.00 or less. Up by less than R2: more than R0.00 and less than R2.00. Up by R2 to R4: from R2.00 up to and including R4.00. Up by more than R4: more than R4.00.
