Rules: Resolves YES if, by 3 November 2026 at 23:59 SAST, Andile Lungisa is reinstated on the ANC's Nelson Mandela Bay proportional representation candidate list for the 4 November 2026 election, as confirmed by the ANC, the IEC or at least two reputable South African news organisations. Resolves NO if he has not been reinstated by then, including because an appeal suspends or overturns the order.
If the source is down: If neither the ANC nor the IEC says, use at least two reputable South African news organisations reporting whether he has been reinstated.
If plans change: If he is reinstated and a court later overturns the order, the market still resolves YES: he was reinstated before the deadline. If the election is postponed, the deadline moves to the day before the new election date.
